How do your heated jackets work?
Our heated jackets are powered by a small, rechargeable 7.4V battery pack that stores conveniently in an interior zip-up pocket. Heat is activated by a small controller on the lower front area of the jacket near the hemline. You can toggle between three heat settings: Low, Medium, and High. The battery pack can be easily disconnected and removed for charging.
Do Hestiia heated jackets come with a Warranty?
Yes, Hestiia heated jackets are backed by a 12 month warranty for the jacket and a 6 month warranty for the battery, beginning at date of purchase.
Are your heated jackets machine washable?
Yes, our heated jackets can be machine-washed. Refer to the User Guide for proper care and washing instructions. Be sure to remove the battery before washing.
