Shipping for Batteries is $5 for all orders shipped in the United States.

Heating duration and temperature may vary and can depend on outdoor temperatures. On average, with a fully charged battery, heating times are:

High setting: 3-4 Hours
Medium Setting: 5-6 Hours
Low Setting: 6-8 Hours

Battery

Every Hestiia heated jacket ships with a small, removable, 7.4V / 5200 mAh rechargeable battery and charger. Our battery size is roughly 3 3/8" x 2" x 1/2" and is connected/stored via an interior zip-up pocket.

Additional batteries can be purchased in our Batteries section. On long trips, easily swap out batteries for a full charge.

All of our batteries undergo rigorous quality-assurance and safety test methods, and are built to meet industry safety requirements, including CE, FCC, PSE and RoHS certifications.

CARE/SUPPORT

CARE & WASH INSTRUCTIONS:

For machine washing, we recommend using a mesh washing bag and washing at lowest temperature possible.
Always remove battery before washing, place cap on battery connection, and close battery storage pocket.
Use mild detergent and let jacket air dry. Do not machine dry.
Do not dry clean.
Do not use bleach.
Do not iron.

How do your heated jackets work?

Our heated jackets are powered by a small, rechargeable 7.4V battery pack that stores conveniently in an interior zip-up pocket. Heat is activated by a small controller on the lower front area of the jacket near the hemline. You can toggle between three heat settings: Low, Medium, and High. The battery pack can be easily disconnected and removed for charging.

Yes, our heated jackets can be machine washed. Refer to the User Guide for proper care and washing instructions. Be sure to remove the battery before washing.

WHAT ARE THE HEAT SETTINGS?

Heated jackets come with 3 heat settings: Low, Medium, and High. All of our heated jackets are throughly tested during development and production to ensure that heating panels meet our target operating temperatures
at each setting:

High: 140-149°F (60-65°C)
Medium: 122-131°F (50-55°C)
Low: 104-113°F (40-45°C)

HOW LONG DOES THE HEAT LAST?

Heating time and temperature may vary and can depend on outdoor temperatures. On average, heat lasts between 3-5 hours when using primarily High or Medium settings, and 5-8 hours when using primarily Medium or Low settings.
